In existing homes the new installation must fit the subfloor, doors, skirting and transitions. We clarify level differences before work starts so connections stay coherent.
Existing parquet can sometimes be renovated – for example by sanding and refinishing or local repair – depending on condition and construction.

Yes. Load-bearing capacity, flatness and moisture behaviour affect durability. We inspect or assess the subfloor for your project and recommend preparatory work where needed – before installation begins.
Can I view parquet and wide plank samples at the showroom first?

Do you install floors in existing apartments?
Yes. In existing buildings we pay special attention to levels, doors, heating pipes and transitions to neighbouring finishes. That usually makes the installation more predictable and easier to coordinate.
What needs to be prepared before installation?
The room should be accessible and, as agreed, cleared. We coordinate details such as subfloor preparation, door shortening or heating in advance to avoid unnecessary downtime on site.
